J. S. Aikens

Jamedra Aikens is the owner and founder of Royal Proteges, Inc.  Though she is a native of Washington, DC, her mother’s naval career resulted in a childhood filled with extensive travel.  As an adult, while recovering from a financial and health setback Ms. Aikens began serving as a consultant to business owners when she experienced an epiphany.  “Where would I be if I had learned this information as a teen?”  This thought was the seed for Royal Proteges, Inc., a business created to groom global leaders; an interactive educational experience in which being bored is not allowed. 

Years of experience working with youth combined with business, financial information and educational training resulted in a dynamic curriculum. Trainings awaken the ability to fuse innovation and business in each student.  The curriculum is progressively challenging and guides each student to create their own opportunities now.  Royal Proteges, Inc has even given birth to another organization called More Than Skin Deep. MTSD serves teenage girls and addresses their unique issues as they cross the threshold into womanhood.  Though still in its infancy, Royal Proteges, Inc is poised to become a powerful presence in the community, the country and the world.
